Project Management

Whether it’s scheduling a simple installation with in-wall speakers or coordinating with various designers or contractors we understand the importance of timing.  Advanced scheduling and communications goes into every job.  Our project manager oversees every facet of each job from scheduling our technicians to site inspections.  Our goal is to make sure every job runs efficiently, timely and without any mistakes.  Customer service is our main focus!

Programming

The convenience and versatility of today’s control systems are amazing.  There are various systems that we feature that are wireless, or have picture in picture and allows the ability to hook up closed circuit camera to display who’s at the door. However, to get them to deliver all the convenience of which they’re capable often requires extensive programming.  We work with expert programmers that work with you designing just the right system for your needs.  So, if you want to control your lighting, picture, music with the touch of a button, let us make your life easier.

Installation Technicians

We work with highly trained installation technicians that bring a wealth of experience to every job.  Most important, they take great personal pride in doing the best job possible.  Every pre-wire installation is carefully run to make sure they are going in a unilateral direction so there’s no chance of having the wires cut after installation.  Each stage of installation is critical to the performance of your system. 

Return Authorization

(RA) If any product that has been shipped or delivered and is not working properly you must call immediately to notify the sales person or department and they will assign you a RA number.  Products will not be accepted without that number.
